twenty-seventh annual Boys' State was read the second time.                    
                                                                               
SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 1 was before the                              
Senate on final passage.                                                       
                                                                               
Senators Kerttula, Rieger, Pearce, Duncan, Taylor, Miller, Salo,               
Sharp, Zharoff, Donley, Frank, Kelly, Lincoln, Ellis moved and                 
asked unanimous consent that they be shown as cosponsors on the
